ZHdK strategy 2024ff – Shaping the future with agility
The ZHdK has opted for an iterative and collaborative strategy process in order to be able to adjust and adapt more quickly to the university’s constantly changing environment.
The aim is to continuously work on the strategic direction to achieve the greatest possible impact – and to do so with the greatest possible participation of all university members. Once the strategic guidelines have been defined, fields of action and topics will be identified step by step that will be jointly implemented and continually evaluated.
The goals of “pooling strengths” and “exploiting potential” guide action at all levels and thus create a clear focus for the future. Overall, the long-term guidelines ensure continuity and clear priorities in implementation. The impact-oriented formulation provides clear guidelines on the one hand and creates scope for implementation at all levels on the other.
The motto “Artistic Intelligence?” is continuously questioned and explored.
