The University Development office is responsible for the systematic and targeted organization and coordination of university-wide processes and projects, as well as for the strategic management of the university’s performance and development capacity.
This includes implementing an agile strategy process, managing a strategic development portfolio for change projects, ZHdK-wide control processes for the service portfolio, and dealing with overarching organisational development issues.
