Continuing Education Centre
Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) is a place for teaching, learning, producing, practising and researching. A lively, artistic environment on the Toni-Areal creates the ideal conditions for exchange between students and lecturers and for acquiring, passing on and developing knowledge and skills. ZHdK’s Continuing Education Centre also opens up this space for learning and thinking to people who have already completed their first degree and wish to improve their abilities gained through artistic training and professional practice within a specific discipline or extend them beyond the established boundaries of their field. By consulting with the professions in which our alumni work, the existing study options offered by Continuing Education ZHdK are adapted flexibly in line with current market demands and trends are identified to create new study opportunities. A diverse range of Master of Advanced Studies programmes, courses, study trips and online modules thus gives students the chance to study alongside their work, sometimes even remotely. As we know that combining study with life’s other demands is a challenge, the Continuing Education Centre has developed models that let you tailor your study programme to your individual needs and follow it at your own pace.
