Innovation and transformation processes require the interaction of diverse disciplines, teams and roles. In order to accompany and orchestrate this change, the CAS Facilitating Innovation provides a set of models, methods and tools that place humans at the centre and promote collaboration. Formerly known as CAS Design Methods, the revised programme focuses more on practical applications that allow students to develop a repertoire of methods and an individual profile as a facilitator. The CAS Facilitating Innovation starts in September 2025 โ early birds benefit from a 10 per cent discount. Curious? In an individual certificate project, the CAS participants study selected methods of their choice in greater depth with the support of a mentor. Their method descriptions and case studies are incorporated into the online collection, which now comprises over 100 collaborative methods. Discover them at designtools.zhdk.ch!
