Course content
The Minor provides a project-based introduction to aesthetic-cultural educational practice with young people. Bachelor’s and Master’s students undertaking any of ZHdK’s degree programmes learn about collaborative action at the interfaces and transition points between different disciplines and media as an effective didactic principle. Joint artistic practice experiences, collaborative and inter/transdisciplinary working processes culminate in the design of aesthetic-cultural educational projects with young people. These projects are located in the school sector and relate to lessons in art or music at secondary level I and II. They are prepared and implemented by the student group together and in cooperation with external partners. Digital, cooperative teaching formats are of particular importance.
