The International Affairs Dossier Committee comprises one representative per department and one student representative. All of them have voting rights. The heads of the International Affairs Office, the International Office and the Shared Campus Network, as well as one representative of Finance and Controlling, are ex officio members without voting rights. The Chair of the Committee is a member with voting rights – with exception of the student representative – and is elected by the Committee. The International Affairs Dossier Committee holds monthly meetings during the semesters and addresses more fundamental issues at its annual retreat.
