BIOGRAFIE
Yue works as a theater director, performer. She started the theater collective CURRENT VAGUE, with performers, writer and musician. She holds a MA degree in theater from Shanghai Theater Academy, now she’s working through the MA Schauspiel programme at Zurich University of the Arts.
Her interest is about exploring the performance with transdisciplinary methods, and reflecting on the Anthropocene. On the basis of theatre, she explores the sensation through audio-visual works named as VIDEO Trance.

TAR x rest early
Immersive Electronic Theatre
With context of theatre and club culture, actors from 5 different countries, TAR presents the mythological aspect of modernity and existential crisis based on original novel. Living in the same trance, they dance and they construct ideology, when the announcement shows we’re facing the global crisis again, my heart is in the deep-time amnesia. Near the end of the night, a DJ saves my life. The echoes appear in the space created by sound, makes people feel, the Divine talking to them: define your intention. The spirited headline Ecstasy or Hallucination to the way back.
