Our "Hörpunkt Nachhaltigkeit" sustainability podcast explores shared values, visions and ways of sustainably transforming our society and environment through and with the arts and design. Podcasts feature inspiring conversations between a diverse range of sustainability actors. The series is produced by re-source I Sustainability in the Arts at ZHdK.

    Bernadett Settele, project lead for teaching development in the Learning & Teaching dossier and lecturer in the Master of Art Education program, along with Karin Zindel, co-head of the Sustainability dossier office, lecturer, and co-coordinator of the Minor "Alternative Futures," discuss the challenges and opportunities of making learning and teaching processes more sustainable.

  • The results are in! Last November, the Farm To Table project served not only seasonal and regional but above all plant-based alternatives in the Mensa Molki at the Toni-Areal. How did this new menu plan resonate with the guests, and what were the effects of this change?
