This 3-hour workshop equips participants with essential knowledge and skills for effective leadership and collaboration in diverse environments. Responsible leadership represents a form of agency that gives meaning to what is possible beyond an organizational role or position. Focus areas include self-awareness, collaborating and leading across differences, ethical
decision-making, emotional intelligence, and empowering diverse voices. Participants will be equipped to exercise mindful awareness — ready to navigate and leverage diversity in various contexts. The workshop will follow an experiential learning approach. It is aimed at anyone interested in leadership skills and intercultural competencies.
