Guidance Change Project
In the CAS Culture Change, each participant works on a culture change project of their own choice, if possible with direct reference to their professional activities and in their own organization. This project is advanced and reflected upon in several learning loops and supported by feedback within the regular meetups.
What characterizes a suitable change project?
The initiative...
- is as closely linked as possible to the participant's current professional activity and/or key areas of interest
- deals with a change project that can be worked on within the framework of the nine-month course of study by means of measures that are as concrete as possible (in the CAS we speak of so-called "change vehicles").
- is workable
- deals with cultural change on different levels, structures, and processes
- is ideally embedded in an existing setting and can be initially implemented in it
- involves different stakeholders. The CAS participant plays as active a role as possible in this transformation process.
- strives for a long-term impact on the organizational culture.
Further information on the individual change project can be found in the guide below (in German).
