The CAS Culture Change starts annually in fall. The culture of an organisation is a decisive factor for its success: but cultural change needs to be initiated and shaped. In a unique combination of design-, social- and management-orientated approaches, this CAS is a multidisciplinary impulse generator, collaborative setting and reflective space for experiments with your own cultural change project.
