Lea Ingber: What can the audience expect?
Emily Jourdan: I like to sum it up like this: "What is Toni? Who is Toni? How to Toni?" The podcast medium is very approachable and creates an intimate atmosphere. I want to make the microcosm of ZHdK visible and bring texture to this place that often seems smooth and gray. And the podcast also reveals insider tips.
What's your favorite tip so far?
There's a tea kitchen where gifts are left. But I won't tell you where it is. Listeners will find out in the podcast.
Who have you had in front of the microphone?
I'm looking for cult people who make up this place. It's important for me to have a good mix of students and employees, for example from facility management or the ITZ. That way, I can look behind the scenes and am taken into rooms that I wouldn't otherwise have access to. For example, I was shown old signs that used to hang here when the Toni was still a dairy factory.
What do you see as the added value of the podcast?
I see the podcast as a collaboration. I don't just give questions, the conversations arise organically. The podcast serves as a platform and gives people at Toni a voice. Anyone who feels like trying this out or wants to suggest people for it is welcome to get in touch with me.
